ARS Ops Staff Alerts – SMS Terms & Conditions

Program

ARS Ops staff alerts is a text messaging program operated by ARS, Inc. (dba ARS Restoration Services), 9808 NE 126th Ave, Suite C, Vancouver, WA 98682. It sends work scheduling and work-order notifications, such as next-day job lists, cleaning, mitigation and maintenance assignments, schedule changes, and new or cancelled work orders, to ARS field staff.

Who receives messages

Only ARS employees and independent contractors who choose to opt in. The program does not send messages to customers or the public, and it never sends marketing or promotional content. Messages are sent in English or Spanish based on each staff member’s preference.

How to opt in

During profile setup in the ARS staff app, staff enter a mobile number and may check an optional box, unchecked by default, that reads:

“Yes, send me ARS Ops staff alerts (job schedules, assignments, and schedule changes) by text at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Text message consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, contracting, or app access. Staff who do not opt in receive the same schedule information in the app or by email.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your work schedule (typically 1–3 messages per workday). Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent from ARS’s toll-free number.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation message and no more after that. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or end the program at any time. We will tell participants about material changes by text or in the staff app.
