Our Reconstruction Process
Once mitigation is complete and the property has been dried, cleaned, and stabilized, our licensed reconstruction team prepares a detailed repair scope. With the customer’s authorization, ARS can provide estimates and project documentation to the carrier or adjuster for review; coverage and payment decisions remain with the carrier. After the customer authorizes the work, our carpenters, drywall technicians, flooring specialists, and finish crews complete the authorized construction scope, with inspections and project records at each stage.
