24/7 EMERGENCY RESPONSE ON-SITE WITHIN 60 MINUTES DIRECT INSURANCE BILLING IICRC CERTIFIED FIRM

Insurance Support & Direct Billing

After property damage, homeowners often need clear records for both restoration decisions and an insurance claim. With the customer’s authorization, ARS can communicate directly with the carrier and assigned adjuster while keeping the property owner informed.

Information ARS can provide

  • Estimates and approved scope information
  • Photographs and documentation of observed property conditions
  • Moisture, affected-area, equipment, or activity records when relevant to the loss
  • Mitigation and reconstruction information for the work ARS is authorized to perform
  • Project updates and supporting documents requested by an authorized claim contact

Direct billing for covered losses

Direct insurer billing may be available when the carrier confirms a covered loss and the applicable billing arrangement. Availability depends on the policy, claim, authorized scope, customer obligations, and carrier requirements.

What ARS does not decide

ARS does not interpret insurance policies or negotiate coverage. ARS provides restoration services and documentation; policy representation is outside its role. Coverage, deductibles, limits, exclusions, and payment decisions remain with the insurer and policyholder.

How homeowners remain involved

The homeowner remains the policyholder and receives important scope and project information. Customers should review carrier communications, ask questions about their policy directly of their insurer or licensed advisor, and approve restoration work before it proceeds.
