ARVIS Financial Connector

ARVIS Financial Connector is an internal application for personnel authorized by ARS, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“ARS”).

The connector retrieves approved QuickBooks Online accounting information for reconciliation, accounts-receivable monitoring, project-cost and profitability analysis, margin reporting, and management reporting.

The connector requests the QuickBooks accounting scope only. Its accounting-data interface is restricted to approved GET and query operations. It does not process payments or provide functions to create, update, void, or delete QuickBooks accounting records. OAuth authorization, token refresh, and revocation are separate access-control operations.

Production QuickBooks access is not active. This statement will remain until a controlled production connection is separately authorized, enabled, tested, and verified.

QuickBooks and ARVIS AI

No QuickBooks-related AI feature is authorized. No QuickBooks information is sent to an AI model or provider, and the connector maintains no QuickBooks-derived AI prompt or output store.

Any future QuickBooks-related AI capability would require a separate security and privacy review, updated public disclosure, any required Intuit approval, and explicit authorization before implementation or activation. It is not part of the current connector.
