Disconnect ARVIS Financial Connector
ARVIS Financial Connector is an internal accounting connector operated by ARS, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“ARS”).
An authorized QuickBooks administrator may remove the connector’s authorization through the QuickBooks Online application-management area. For assistance, contact support@restoringvancouver.com.
Do not email or submit an OAuth token, client secret, authorization code, password, QuickBooks export, credential screenshot, or complete accounting record when requesting assistance.
Identity validation
ARS accepts a disconnect request only from an authenticated ARS corporate identity that is confirmed as an authorized administrator for the connected QuickBooks company, or after independent confirmation by the current QuickBooks company administrator through a known ARS contact channel.
What disconnection does
After a validated production disconnection request, ARS will:
- stop future production retrieval;
- attempt to revoke or invalidate the connector’s OAuth authorization through Intuit’s supported controls;
- destroy connector-controlled active access-token, refresh-token, and connected-company identifier secret versions;
- expire the ephemeral cache and delete other eligible connector-held derived data;
- preserve only metadata-only security, hold, or completion evidence permitted by the approved retention schedule; and
- leave QuickBooks accounting records, subscriptions, and unrelated systems unchanged.
Disconnecting ARVIS does not delete, void, or change accounting records in QuickBooks Online. It does not affect unrelated QuickBooks users or subscriptions. Sandbox credentials and unrelated systems are outside a production disconnect request.
Response and completion targets
- Request acknowledgement: within one business day.
- Stop retrieval and revoke or destroy active credentials: within one business day after identity validation.
- Complete other eligible connector deletion and send a completion notice: within five business days after identity validation.
The completion notice will be sent from support@restoringvancouver.com to the independently verified requester.
If a documented hold prevents deletion, the notice will identify the retained category, reason, approving role, review date, and eventual deletion trigger without exposing sensitive information. Holds must be case-specific, minimum necessary, approved by the President and privacy owner, reviewed at least every 90 days, and released promptly when no longer required. A hold will not be used to retain OAuth credentials that can safely be revoked or destroyed.
Current availability
Production QuickBooks access is not active. The production disconnect procedure will be tested under controlled conditions before production use.
This page is instructional only. It does not provide an unauthenticated automatic token-revocation or deletion control.
